At Drip, a recruiter is a strategic Talent Partner to the business. We relentlessly focus on hiring top talent in a variety of positions across the company (experience with Tech and Marketing roles preferred). The type of talent we recruit is often passive, engaged in their work and an active contributor at their current company. Your primary responsibility is to skillfully identify, attract, and recruit them to opportunities at Drip - all while making sure that their interview experience is white glove, streamlined, and enjoyable.
To be successful in this role, you must be adept at mapping and profiling competitive talent and identifying key sources. You're proficient at building a pipeline, tracking key performance indicators and metrics, and you know how to creatively (and effectively) close candidates. You are strategic with the hiring teams that you support and act as a trusted partner in everything from brand building in the community to criteria mapping to interview training. Sound like you?
